5 cases of Cheney Bros. Estate Garbanzo Beans (Drained and Rinsed)
2.5 gallon Al Kanater Tahini
4 Gallons of Pero Family Farms assorted mini sweet peppers (Roasted and Pureed)
1 Quart of Lemon Juice
8 Cups of Lemon Pepper
4 cups of Paprika
4 quarts of Organic Garlic cloves (Boiled & Pureed)
5 gallons of filtered water
Save 3 Quarts of Mini sweet peppers (Sliced for garnish)

combine all puree /portion into 8 oz cups

Here’s a smaller portion version in case you are feeding a family of humans instead of over 200 chimpanzees 🙂

1 15 oz can chickpeas
1/4 c Tahini
4 Pero Family Farms mini sweet peppers
1/4c fresh lemon juice
dash lemon pepper
dash paprika
1 garlic clove boiled and pureed
4T water or olive oil (add more or less depending on your desired consistency)
Pero Family Farms mini peppers to garnish

Combine all ingredients and puree
